Mermaid Pass
Mermaid Pass is an endless 2d side scroller chreated in unity. Players have to dodge mines in order to get their chosen mermaid to the reef.the goal fo this project was to create a simple agme that incorperated a timer and offered a challeng to players.
Art Assets
The image to the right showcases the original assets I created for this game. I designed three versions of the mermaid character, each with their own unique name and personality. The text pearls and seashells were created as part of the game's UI elements, used for buttons and other interactive components.
​This is an animated version of the mermaid character I originally intended to implement in the game. The swimming animation was created using a few hand-drawn frames in Clip Studio Paint. Although I ultimately decided not to include the animation in the final game, I chose to make this asset—along with the others—available for purchase on Itch.io.
​Above are animated versions of the mermaids swimming. I animated their tails to move up and down using Clip Studio Paint, creating a simple loop to bring the characters to life.
